RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We understand sometimes things happen on either end of the purchasing journey. Our aim at Apiary Made is to ensure you LOVE your products. We take exceptional care in blending our products and packaging them for you, however if there is any type of problem with your order we would love you to get in touch.  

 

If you have found that something is not right with your order, Apiary Made will do all we can to fix it for you.

If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace an item or organise a refund. Please contact info@apiarymade.com.au to organise.

 

If you have ordered the wrong product, please email us directly at info@apiarymade.com.au

Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received the return we can begin to process the next step.

 

We will only accept returns within a 7 day period of the item being received by the customer.

 

To return a product the item must be unopened and unused.

 

Quality, long-life and freshness guarantee:
With care and love, your wraps will last at least 365 days, keeping your produce fresher along the way. If not, send them back and we will happily replace them.
T&C’s. - Please email us to let us know you are wanting to return you wrap and we will give you further instructions. Wraps will need to be returned to Apiary Made and we will then process a replacement for you. Proof of the date of purchase will need to be supplied.
